Folio approached Divisio to help alleviate an increasing problem with deadlines, team management, and product development predictability.
Through our Staff Augmentation process, we rapidly connected a dedicated team and put the project back on track. Later on, Folio went through our FullStack Innovation process, in which we created a new development plan, allowing the company to grow further and prepare to accommodate its own team.
